Kate and Jamie both “work” (it is important to note here that Jamie gets paid while Kate merely gets “paid”). They snuck into the Real World just before it all came crumbling down. You remember that? Gas dropped way below two bucks, while banks, publishing houses, investment companies, and GAPS were closing like crazy.
Had Jamie and Kate waited any longer this blog might be about how to make it as a grifter, or how to pickpocket like the Artful Dodger. Luckily, they have the elbow room to deeply consider non-economic related issues.
